Paneer Butter Pepper Fry

Ingredients used in Paneer Butter Pepper Fry
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilly - 4 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn starch - 1 tea spoon.
• Paneer - 250 grams.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add corn starch, rice flour, all purpose flour, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, water, make a thick paste.
  • Put the paneer pieces in the paste and coat the masala and deep fry them and keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan add curry leaves, green chilly, butter saute them and add coriander powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, salt and add fried paneer pieces toss it and sprinkle lime juice, coriander chopped and toss it.

I love paneer and it looks so tasty!! Rice flour is the one which is used for idlis, right? Can we just use rice flour and lil bit of whole purpose flour if we are trying to avoid cornstarch. or is there a alternate for cornstarch and maida?
