Ingredients used in Pepper Chicken Dry
• Chicken - 400 grams.
• Cornflour - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Fennel seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper (crushed) - 2 teaspoons.
• Coconut milk - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Soak chicken in water by seasoning with salt for at least6 hours.
  • In a bowl, put some chicken, to that add a pinch of salt, cornflourand mix well.
  • In a pan, heat oil and fry them till get nice golden color.
  • In another pan, heat the oil and put finely chopped ginger, garlic, chopped onions, salt, curry leaves and fry them for a minute, put crushed fennel seeds, crushed pepper and fried chicken pieces then toss them.
  • Lastly, add coconut milk and fry it dry.
  • Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and toss it.
