CHEESE NACHOS

Ingredients used in CHEESE NACHOS
• Sweet corn - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Cornmeal flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green bell pepper(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Olives(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Processed cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Mozzarella cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take mixie jar and add sweet corn and blend it with little water to make puree.
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, cornmeal flour, salt, red chili powder, corn puree and mix nicely with little water to make a hard dough.
  • Dust some flour and roll into big chapathi and spread some flour.
  • Heat tawa and slightly cook on both sides and transfer into chopping board.
  • Take pizza cutter and cut into triangle shapes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry nachos until crispy and transfer into paper towel.
  • Take a plate and arrange nachos and sprinkle onions, green bell pepper, olives, coriander leaves, grated processed cheese, mozzarella cheese and grill it for 5 minutes.

Now cheese nachos are ready to serve.

My son (6) does it his way. He says he has invented it ???? Nacho, onions, tomatoes , chilli sauce n loads of cheese. 2 min in microwave oven. It's done. He says it Dorito pizza. Yum. He makes it for us too. He loves vah chef since he is 2 years
