KACCHA PACCHA CHUTNEY WITH RAW MANGO AND YELLOW CUCUMBER

Ingredients used in KACCHA PACCHA CHUTNEY WITH RAW MANGO AND YELLOW CUCUMBER
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 5-6 clove.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cucumber chopped - 1 cup.
• Raw mango chopped - 1 cup.
Method:
First of all dry roast cumin seeds and make a powder in stone pestle. Also add garlic, green chillies, salt, cucumber pieces and raw mango in the pestle and crush it to make a coarse paste. Take in a bowl and enjoy it as a chutney or salad.
