SWEET CORN BREAD

Ingredients used in SWEET CORN BREAD
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Cornmeal - 1 cup.
• Sweet corn niblets - 3 tablespoons.
• Baking powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Olive oil - 2/3 cup.
• Butter - 1/3 cup.
• Honey - 2 tablespoons.
• Eggs - 4 numbers.
• Milk - 2 cups.
• Fresh cream - 1/2 cup.
Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree centigrade and next grease the baking dish. 2. Separate the egg white and yolk. Whip them separately. 3. Take the mixing bowl and add cornmeal, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt then mix thoroughly. 4. Add oil, butter, egg yolks, milk, sweet corn niblets and stir it to a smooth batter. 5. Add stiffly beaten egg whites and mix it lightly with hands. 6. Pour the batter in the greased baking dish and bake it for 45 mins. 7. When it is baked it turn to golden colour and also shows cracks on them, then you can remove from the oven and allow it cool. 8. Now Serve it with soup, coffee or tea.
