- Take a mixie jar, add sweet corn, sugar, corn flour, butter, salt and blend into a batter consistency (i.e., like dosa batter consistency).
- Transfer to a bowl, if required add little water and mix nicely.
- Heat a pan, add one ladleful of dosa batter and spread like dosa batter circularly (making round pancakes).
- Then cook it on both sides by applying butter on slow flame, transfer into a plate and top it with whip cream.
Sweet corn pan cake is ready to serve.
