SWEET CORN PAKODA

Ingredients used in SWEET CORN PAKODA
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fennel seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Corn meal flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Sweet corn - 1 cup.
• Onion(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cardamom powder - 1 pinch.
• Pomegranate powder - 1 pinch.
• Chat masala - 1 pinch.
• Fried green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Fried curry leaves - 1 spring.
Method:
  • Crush cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds with pestle.
  • Take a bowl and add crushed powder, chickpea flour, rice flour, corn meal flour, sweet corn, onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, oil, salt and mix nicely.
  • Heat oil in a pan and drop in small pakoda using hand and deep fry and transfer into a paper plate.
  • Take a bowl and add pokoda, sprinkle cardamom powder, pomegranate powder, chaat masala, fried green chillies, fried curry leaves.
  • Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with fried green chillies.

Now sweet corn pakodas are ready to serve.
