Ingredients used in SWEET CORN PAKODA
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fennel seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Corn meal flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Sweet corn - 1 cup.
• Onion(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cardamom powder - 1 pinch.
• Pomegranate powder - 1 pinch.
• Chat masala - 1 pinch.
• Fried green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Fried curry leaves - 1 spring.
Method:
Crush cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds with pestle. Take a bowl and add crushed powder, chickpea flour, rice flour, corn meal flour, sweet corn, onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, oil, salt and mix nicely. Heat oil in a pan and drop in small pakoda using hand and deep fry and transfer into a paper plate. Take a bowl and add pokoda, sprinkle cardamom powder, pomegranate powder, chaat masala, fried green chillies, fried curry leaves. Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with fried green chillies. Now sweet corn pakodas are ready to serve.
