Ingredients used in Sago and Sweet Potato patties
• Sago - 1 cup.
• Sweet potato - 200 grams.
• Chaat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chilli (finely chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Oil for pan fry - as required.
• Rock salt - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a mixing bowl add soaked sago, boiled and grated sweet potato, chaat masala, finely chopped green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped coriander leaves.
  • In a blender add half of the soaked sago and one pulse it and add to mixing bowl.
  • Add rock salt and mix the all ingredients. Shape into a medium size patties.
  • Pan fry with oil till the both sides or browned.

Serve sago and sweet potato patties with chutney or sauce.

why the video with sweet potato but the written recipe with normal potato? why the video with tawa or pan but the written recipe with phillips airfryer? what is going on here? and why? can you please explain little bit of that??
