Indian style pasta is an excellent dish loved by adults and children alike. Pasta is generally bland and tasteless but when added to sauce and spices makes a delicious and tasty dish. It is very easy to prepare Indian style pasta using pasta (any variety or shape), few exotic veggies and tomato sauce with spices making this dish a little spicy, delicious and totally mouthwatering.

Using olive oil would give a very distinct taste and is healthy too. Different veggies like red bell peppers, onions or green beans would make a nice combination. This recipe is simple and makes a fantastic variation from the repetitive bland pasta recipes.

Basically pasta is a dough that are available in a variety of shapes most commonly noodles called as spaghetti in Italian cuisine which forms a carbohydrate rich part of a main meal, starter, soup or dessert. It is made from unleavened dough of wheat or buckwheat flour and water, sometimes with other ingredients such as eggs and vegetable extracts.

Pasta comes in a variety of different shapes that serve for both decoration and to act as a carrier for the different types of sauce. Pasta also includes varieties, such as ravioli and tortellini that are filled with other ingredients, such as ground meat or cheese. Pasta is typical of different cultures and countries, but the most famous varieties and recipes come from Italy.

There are hundreds of different shapes of pasta with at least locally recognized names. Examples include spaghetti (thin strings), maccheroni (tubes or cylinders), fusilli (swirls), and lasagne (sheets). Gnocchi and spätzle are sometimes considered pasta; they are both traditional in parts of Italy. While preparing pasta one thing that is most important is to boil pasta carefully because if you overcook it then it can get spoiled.

Pasta is generally served with some type of sauce; the sauce and the type of pasta are usually matched based on consistency and ease of eating. Common pasta sauces in Northern Italy include pesto and ragù alla bolognese, which usually incorporates meat and a smaller amount of tomatoes in the sauce. In Central Italy, there are simple sauces such as tomato sauce, amatriciana and carbonara.

Hot peppers are used in arrabbiata sauce. Addicted to Indian food, one can make Indianized pasta according to his taste and choice. It can be make into a pasta upma or pasta with some pasta sauce, Indian curry powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, garlic, onion etc. You can adjust the level of spiciness according to your taste. To prepare this delicious and spicy Indian style pasta, firstly take pasta and add it to the boiling water with little salt and oil.

Allow it to cook well and take a spoon and brake it and see whether it is cooked or not. Next drain the water and keep it aside. Meanwhile take carrot, beans, corn and cook them. Take a pan add little oil in it and add the cooked veggies to it and fry them well and then add pasta sauce to it and fry them for 5 minutes and then add the cooked pasta, salt and pepper as required according to taste and finally add amchur powder and mix well.

Allow it to stay for about 5 minutes and finally serve hot. The Indian style pasta is ready to eat. This can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pasta can be eaten anytime.
