Recipe of Pesto Pasta:
- Pasta - 200 gms
- Salt - to taste
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Pesto sauce - 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 tsp
- Heat water in a pan, add salt, pasta and allowing boiling. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
- Heat another pan, add little water (pasta cooked water), cream and salt. Cook this for a minute or till it comes to a boil.
- Add in the boiled pasta and toss well
- Add homemade pesto sauce and toss.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and serve hot.
