Pasta and Vegetable Toss

Ingredients used in Pasta and Vegetable Toss
• Noodles or elbow macaroni - 3/4 cup.
• Broccoli florets - 1 cup.
• Cauliflower florets - 1 cup.
• Frozen artichoke hearts - 100 grams.
• Carrot (sliced) - half cup.
• Green onions - half cup.
• Salad dressing - half cup.
Method:
  • Cook pasta for 80%.
  • Add broccoli and cauliflower to boiling pasta for the last minute of cooking. Drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
  • Cut artichokes in half.
  • In a large mixing bowl add pasta mixture, artichoke halves, carrot and green onions.
  • Add the Italian dressing; toss to coat.
  • Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.

Serve chilled.
