This is a fantastic north Indian snack recipe that is usually made in the states of Rajasthan and Maharashtra. Gram flour (besan atta) - ½ cup
Rice flour - ½ cup
Cashew nuts - 5 – 6 nos
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 5 tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Green chillies, finely chopped - 2 nos
Coconut, grated - 2 tbsp
Groundnuts, roasted & crushed - ½ cup
Salt - to taste
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
