Ingredients used in COCONUT MILK MASALA TEA
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Pepper - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon - 1 stick.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Honey - 1 tablespoon.
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Crush ginger, pepper, cinnamon with pestle.
  • Boil water in tea container and add crushed mixture, turmeric powder, honey and boil it for 2 -3 minutes.
  • Add coconut milk and boil again and strain it into a cup.

Now the hot orange tea is ready to serve.

Tea is a very popular drink across the country and is made is various ways adding different flavors like spice tea, ginger tea, cardamom tea, ice tea etc. The coconut milk is very creamy and enhances the flavor in this Masala Tea. Other ingredients like ginger, pepper, cinnamon, turmeric powder together adds exotic flavors and to this delectable masala tea which is sweetened with honey. Tea is a popular drink generally had after a long days work, or during winter days to beat the cold or after having heavy oily and spicy food.

Recipe: Coconut Milk Masala Tea

Ingredients:

  1. Ginger                      -        1 piece
  2. Pepper                     -        ½ tsp
  3. Cinnamon              -        1 stick
  4. Turmeric powder           -        1 pinch
  5. Honey                      -        1 tbsp
  6. Coconut Milk      -        ½ cup

Directions:

  1. Crush ginger, pepper, cinnamon with pestle.

  3. Add coconut milk and boil again and strain into a cup.
  4. The coconut milk masala tea is ready to serve.
