BANANA BREAD WITH QUINOA

Ingredients used in BANANA BREAD WITH QUINOA
• Banana - 2 numbers.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Palm sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Quinoa(cooked) - 1-1/2 cup.
• Walnuts - 8 numbers.
• Coconut milk - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In the mixie jar add banana, butter, palm sugar, coconut milk, baking soda, baking powder, egg, cooked quinoa and blend it.
  • Spread the butter to baking tray and transfer the blended mixture.
  • On top decorate with walnuts.
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  • Cut into pieces and now fluffy banana bread is ready to serve.
