Ingredients used in ASH GOURD DOSA
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ash gourd(grated) - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Curry leaves(chopped) - 2 springs.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Soak the urad dal for 2 hrs, transfer it into a blender and add green chillies, salt to blend it into a smooth paste.
  • Transfer it into a bowl and add ash gourd, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cumin seeds, ginger and mix thoroughly.
  • Heat the tawa and place the small thick dosa, cook it on both side using oil.

Now the ash gourd dosa is ready to serve with any chutney or pickle.
