CRISPY CHEESE BALLS

Ingredients used in CRISPY CHEESE BALLS
• Paneer (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Cheese (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilly flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take a plate add paneer, cheese mix it nicely. Then make it round balls and keep aside.
  • Then take a bowl add all purpose flour, red chilly flakes and little water make a slightly thick slurry.
  • Take the balls put in the slurry then coats in breadcrumbs and double coats in the slurry.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it, transfer into a plate.

Now crispy cheese balls are ready to serve.
