The gravy is absolutely rich to taste, very flavorful and aromatic. The chicken pieces are very succulent on bite and infused with an amalgamation of flavors from the ginger, garlic, cardamom pd, figs and spiced with green chillies. Anjeer Murg is a fantastic side-dish, rich Mughlai gravy, highly aromatic with pleasant taste of boiled figs lingering around the palate giving a notably amusing taste to the taste buds. Figs are often consumed in dry form and enjoyed on their own. It is also paired well with many other flavors and foods. The gravy is the highlight of this dish.
