Chooza biryani aromatic basmati rice with spring chicken

Ingredients used in Chooza biryani aromatic basmati rice with spring chicken
• Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Shahi jeera - 1 tea spoon.
• Bay leaf - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fried onions - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Curd - 200 grams.
• Chili powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Basmati rice - 2 cups.
• Whole spring chicken - 2 numbers.
• Safforn water - 1 tea spoon.
• Rose water - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Egg (boiled) - 2 number.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Whole garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Whole garam masala (each) - 3-4 numbers.
• Potato (small size) - 200 grams.
Method:
  • In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, whole garam masala powder, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, salt, chopped green chilies(you can add red chilies also), yogurt and mix well.
  • To it even add fried 1/2 cup brown onions, lemon juice and mix it all.
  • Take whole spring chicken in a big vessel, give gashes just the way like our tandoori chicken, take masala and rub on it.
  • Marinate this chicken, leave it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, sprinkle oil on top, stuff the boiled egg inside the chicken and add baby potatoes, mix well and keep aside.
  • Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  • Add salt to the hot water, in this add bay leaf, whole garammasala, shahi jeera, some oil, mix well and put the lid.
  • After 5 to 6 minutes, remove it when 80 % done.
  • Spread the rice on the top of the marinate chicken pan, and sprinkle fried onions, saffron water, rose water.
  • Take some dough put on the edges of the lid so that the steam inside does not escape and the biryani locks up all the flavor.
  • This method is called the dum method.
  • Presses it and adds weight to this, put the flame on the high for 10 minutes, and medium heat for next 15 minutes, another 20 minutes on avery slow flame, biryani will be perfect.
  • After 45 minutes, switch off the flame and serve it hot.
