Ingredients used in Creamy Chicken And Mushroom Baked
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Butter (cube) - 1 numbers.
• Oil - 4-5 teaspoons.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh cream - 1 cup.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion (slices) - 1/2 cup.
• French beans - 1/4 cup.
• Mushrooms (pieces) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Take a plate, add all purpose flour, salt, pepper powder mix and coat chicken pieces and shallow fry in oil for 2-3 minutes until it is nicely colored. Heat butter in another pan, add all purpose flour and mix it without any lumps. Remove from the flame by keep mixing it add milk, cream, salt, white pepper powder so that no lumps are formed. In the above oil pan, add onions, french beans, mushrooms, salt and saute it.Arrange chicken in a baking bowl, on its top place mushroom mixture. Pour the cream mixture and place it in the oven at 180-degree centigrade for 30 minutes. Now creamy chicken with mushroom is ready to serve with bread or mashed potato.
