CABBAGE AND PANEER SANDWICH

Ingredients used in CABBAGE AND PANEER SANDWICH
• Cabbage grated - 1 number.
• Panee grated - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - half tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon.
• Bread slice - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Take grated cabbage in a bowl and add grated paneer, salt, sugar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and mix it with a spoon.
  • Place this mixture on bread slice and spread it nicely.
  • Now keep the other bread slice on it.
  • You can now cut in to pieces or serve it like that in breakfast or lunch.
