Ingredients used in BREAD KACHORI
• Green peas - 1/4 cup.
• Amchur powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bread - 6 slice.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a plate and add boiled green peas, amchur powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt and mix nicely.
  • Cut the bread into round shape and dip in water and squeeze water.
  • Place the green peas stuffing mixture in between bread slices and seal edges.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add stuffed kachori and deep fry until we get golden brown colour.
  • Transfer into paper towel.

Now bread kachori is ready to serve with sweet chutney.
