Ingredients used in Singhara Atta Halwa
• Chestnut flour/ singhara flour - 1 cup.
• Dry fruits (chopped) - as required.
• Ghee - as required.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Milk - 200 ml.
• Cardamom powder (optional) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Roast dry fruits (i.e., chopped cashew nuts, badam, walnuts) in ghee.
  • To it, now add chestnut flour and mix it till nice raw flavor is gone.
  • One nice aroma comes, mix by adding sugar.
  • After that, put milk and cook slowly for about 10 minutes till its consistency is thick.
  • At last, sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.

DeliciousSinghara Atta Halwa is now ready to serve.
