Ingredients used in PHILIPS AIR FRYER KALA JAMOON
• Gulab jamun powder - 1 cup.
• Powder sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Sooji (soaked in water) - 1 tablespoon.
• Milk - 1/8 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoon.
• Sugar syrup - 1 cup.
• Almond (flakes) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add gulab jamun powder, powder sugar, cardamom powder, soaked sooji and mix by adding milk in small quantities, make it into a dough and rest it for few minutes.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and make it into a bullet shape.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 140 degree centigrade for 3 minutes.
  • Place the kala jamoon in the air fryer then apply the oil on top and fry them for 5 minutes.
  • Just open the aryfryer lid and turn to other side so that the jamoons gets even color on all sides and close by increasing the flame .
  • After around 2-3 minutes remove to a plate and cut them into halves.
  • Drop the jamoons in the sugar syrup and soak it for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with almond flakes and serve it.
