Sarva Pindi Avakaya Kheema

Ingredients used in Sarva Pindi Avakaya Kheema
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Peanuts - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Kheema/minced meat - 100 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - 1 tablespoon.
• Curd - 1 tea spoon.
• Mango/avakaya pickle - 1 tea spoon.
• Radish (grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chana dal (soaked) - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Crush coriander seeds and peanuts and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic and saute it.
  • Then add chopped onion to it along with salt and cook it.
  • After 2 minutes, put minced kheema, turmeric powder, tomato puree, curd and cook it with closed lid.
  • Once gravy thickens, add avakaya pickle, and mix well.
  • In a bowl, add grated radish, soaked chana dal, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, chopped onion, green chillies and mix well.
  • To it, even add crushed coriander seeds and peanuts powder, salt, water along with rice flour and mix to the slightly thin paste
  • Now, spread this mixture in a pan as shown by putting some wholes.
  • At last, pour oil in the wholes and let it cook till colour changes to golden brown.

Delicious Sarva Pindi Avakaya Kheema is ready to serve with Avakaya (mango) pickle.
