BOILED BEETROOT SALAD

Ingredients used in BOILED BEETROOT SALAD
• Beetroot - 1 number.
• Hung yogurt - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Lime juice - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Paneer(cubes) - 1/2 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Spring onions(white part) - 1/4 cup.
• Spring onions(green part) - 1/4 cup.
• Lettuce(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 0.
Method:
  • Take a boiled beetroot, peel the skin and cut into diced pieces.
  • Take a bowl, add hung yogurt, sugar, salt, pepper powder and whisk it.
  • Then add oil, lime juice and whisk it again.
  • To it add beetroot, paneer cubes, onions, spring onion and mix it. (Optional: you can also add green chilies)
  • For serving, take a plate, add lettuce as a base, serve beetroot mixture over it.
  • Garnish with spring onions green part.

Now the Boiled Beetroot Salad is ready to serve.
