Ingredients used in PUNUGULU
• Salt - to taste.
• Chopped onions - 2 no.
• Green chillies - 5 to 6 no.
• Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Urad dal - 2 cup.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Soak the rice and urad dal for about 6hours and then grind it. Let it ferment for 10 to 12hours but make the batter in thick consistency. Add onions, green chillies, salt and cumin seeds and add water if necessary. Boil the oil in a pan and fry them by dropping it like pakoras.
