- Cut pineapple into long pieces along with peel.
- Take a bowl and add mint leaves, amchur powder, garam masala, ginger powder, red chili paste, sugar, lime juice,tomato ketchup, sugar,salt and mix nicely
- Apply this mixture on pineapple pieces and keep aside.
- Heat butter in a pan and add pineapple pieces and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Transfer into serving plate and cut into pieces.
Now grilled pineapple is ready to serve.
