Ingredients used in Pomfret Fish 65
• Salt - as required.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chili (paste) - 5 number.
• Curry leaves (paste) - 6 springs.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Pomfret fish - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take a pomfret fish, clean it, make gashes to the fish all over as shown in the video, sprinkle salt, garam masala powder and apply to the fish.
  • Also,apply ginger garlic paste, stuff the fish with green chili paste and curry leaves paste.
  • Rub the fish thoroughlywith red chili powder, sprinkle rice flour, make sure the fish is coated well all over, shallow fry on both sides and transfer to a plate.

Hot, spicy and delicious Pomfret Fish 65 is now ready to serve with a lemon slice.
