Ingredients used in PEANUT CHIKKI
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Ground nut(roasted) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add sugar and saute it until the sugar is caramelised and ghee separates from sugar syrup.
  • To it add roasted ground nuts and mix nicely until thread are formed.
  • Transfer it into greased mould and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Demould it and roll it slightly later cut into different shapes.

Now the peanut chikki is ready to serve.
