Onion paste - ½ cup Mustard
Oil - for frying
Salt - to taste

Cardamom - 3-4 nos
Bay leaf (Tej patta) - 2 nos
Yogurt - ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Tomatoes, sliced - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 3-4 nos
