Dahi Bhendi is typical Rajasthani dish, spiced okra cooked in a tangy yogurt sauce. The dish is spicy, tangy, slightly sweet and goes well with chapatti, roti etc.
- Cut tender okra into 1 inch size pieces and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, when the oil gets hot, add mustard and cumin seeds and saute it till mustard seeds splutter.
