Ingredients used in Baked Sweet Potato Cookies
• Sweet potato - 1 cup.
• Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Spicy powder - 1 pinch.
• Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 teaspoons.
• Essence - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
Method:
Take a bowl, add sweet potato, brown sugar, spicy powder, baking powder, all purpose flour, corn flour, essence, salt and mix it. Add oil and mix it but dont knead it. Take small dumpling and press it into thick flat round shape cookies and place it in baking tray. Place in oven, bake it at 180 degree centigrade for 15 -20 minutes until it is slightly coloured and crispy. Now sweet potato cookies are ready to serve.
