Ingredients used in Baked Sweet Potato Cookies
• Sweet potato - 1 cup.
• Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Spicy powder - 1 pinch.
• Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 teaspoons.
• Essence - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add sweet potato, brown sugar, spicy powder, baking powder, all purpose flour, corn flour, essence, salt and mix it.
  • Add oil and mix it but dont knead it.
  • Take small dumpling and press it into thick flat round shape cookies and place it in baking tray.
  • Place in oven, bake it at 180 degree centigrade for 15 -20 minutes until it is slightly coloured and crispy.

Now sweet potato cookies are ready to serve.
