Ingredients used in Fish Fry Kerala Style
• Fish pieces - 8 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Coconut oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
Take salt in plate, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, 1 tea spoon of coconut oil and mix them into a thick paste. Nowmarinate fish pieces with preparedmixture and shallow fry on both sides with coconut oil. Fry the chopped onions in the same pan and serev them with fried fish pieces. Kerala Style Fish Fry is now ready to serve.
