MASSAGED AND STUFFED INDIAN MACKEREL

Ingredients used in MASSAGED AND STUFFED INDIAN MACKEREL
• Boiled rice - 1/2 cup.
• Raw mango (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Chilly flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion shallots - 6 numbers.
• Fish - 2 numbers.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Egg - 1 number.
• All purpose flour - as required.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • First cut and clean up the fish and massage the fish on the bone on both sides, this will loosen the bone and take out the bone.

For stuffing:

  • Shallots, ginger, crushed in a mortar pestle.
  • In a bowl add crushed ginger, onion shallots, and garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly flakes, salt, add raw mango and boiled rice crush the ingredients and add chopped coriander, lemon juice, and add egg mix it well.
  • Stuff the masala into the fish and coat the fish with all-purpose flour and shallow fry them.

Nice recipe as usual from sanjay. But shouldnt this be called fried stuffed fish rather than 'baked' as there was no baking involved.
