Ingredients used in Eggsclusive sandwiches
• Hard-cooked eggs (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Celery (chopped) - half cup.
• Pimiento (diced) - 1.5 cups.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Bread (toasted) - 8 slice.
• Tomato (sliced) - 1 number.
• Bacon - 4 slice.
• Lettuce leaf - 4 numbers.
Method:
  • Combine eggs, celery, pimiento, salt, pepper powder.
  • Add mayonnaise and stir well.
  • Spread egg mixture on 4 slices of toast; top each with another slice of toast.
  • Arrange tomato slices, bacon and lettuce on top of toast.
  • Top with remaining toast.

Cut each sandwich into quarters to serve using wooden picks to hold layers together.
