Ingredients used in Cabbage Omelet
• Cabbage (roundel) - 1 number.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Potato (grated) - 1 tea spoon.
• Eggs - 2 number.
Method:
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl by seasoning with cumin powder, coriander leaves. Fry cabbage roundel like as shown in hot oil. Now add finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, pepper powder, salt and cook it. Then pour it on top of the cabbage roundel by turning on another side. Later grate potato on top and cook it on both sides. Delicious Cabbage Omelet is now ready to serve.
