Ingredients used in Besan Egg Dosa
• Besan flour - 1 cup.
• Green chilies paste - 3 numbers.
• Ginger garlic cumin paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Eggs (beaten) - 2 numbers.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • In a bowl add besan flour, green chilli paste, ginger garlic cumin paste, chopped coriander, turmeric powder, salt, mix it well and pour the egg mixture mix it again.
  • Then add required amount of water, make it into a dosa batter.
  • Heat the tawa and pour the ladle full of batter, spread it nicely.
  • Cook both sides by adding oil.

Serve this with tomato sauce or any chutney.

I tried it today. Turned out yummm. Just tweaked it a bit. I also added rice flour and coconut shavings to it. Honestly I didn't expect it to taste so well. Ate it with sweet mango chutney and ginger tea..made my day!
