ZUCCHINI PASTA

Ingredients used in ZUCCHINI PASTA
• Zucchini - 1 number.
• Carrot - 1 number.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Pasta(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Dry herbs - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut the zucchini and carrot into round slices.
  • Heat butter with some oil in a pan and add zucchini, carrot and saute it.
  • Remove the excess oil and butter into a bowl.
  • To the same pan add garlic and saute
  • Add boiled pasta to boiling water, transfer pasta into above pan.
  • Take a bowl and add eggs, pepper powder, parmesan cheese mix it, pour on pasta and saute it.
  • Sprinkle little dry herbs.

Now zucchini pasta is ready to serve.
