Ingredients used in COLOCASIA PATTY
• Colocasia (boiled, grated) - 1 cup.
• Carrot (grated) - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Carom seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Semolina - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 4-5 teaspoons.
Method:
Take a bowl, add colocasia, carrot, green chillies, garam masala, amchur powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds, salt, coriander leaves, semolina and mix it nicely. Divide into the small dumpling and make flat round patties Heat in a panadd oil put in the patties and shallow fry on both sides. Switch off the flame. Now colocasia patty is ready to serve with tomato ketchup
