Ingredients used in Fried Ginger Cookies
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 2 cup.
• Salt - pinch.
• Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cloves powder - 1/8 tea spoon.
• Melted butter - 50 grams.
• Icing sugar - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take all-purpose flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, baking soda, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, cloves powder and mix well.
  • Now add melted butter, powdered sugar and mix to a tightdough.
  • Take required portions of the dough, roll to thick sheets, cut them into desired shapes and sizes, deep fry in hot oil and transfer to a plate.

Hot, crispy and delicious Fried Ginger Cookies are now ready to serve.
