COCONUT BURFI

Ingredients used in COCONUT BURFI
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coconut (grated) - 1-1/2 cup.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take a pan, add sugar,water and boil to make sugar syrup.
  • To it add cardamom powder, grated coconut and cook it until we get slightly lump mixture.
  • Later switch off the flame and add ghee for additional flavoring.
  • Apply ghee to the tray, transfer coconut mixture on it and press it slightly.
  • Allow it rest and cut into pieces.

Now coconut burfi is ready to serve.
