Ingredients used in chicken curry
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chili powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Chicken - 300 grams.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Poppy seeds and cashew nut paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Mint leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Heat 2tablespoons of oil, add chopped onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix it and cook.
  • Now add poppy seeds and cashew nut paste, water mix it and cook.
  • Add the chicken mix well and allow it to simmer, then add garam masala and let it cook for 15minutes, turn off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
