Ingredients used in CHICKEN BAIDHA ROTI
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - 3-5 tablespoons.
• Chicken - 50-70 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 2 pinch.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon oil, little salt and mix it.
  • To it add water and mix nicely to make a soft chapati dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mince chicken which is marinated with salt and pepper powder and saute it.
  • To it add turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder and saute it later cook it and transfer into plate.
  • Beat one egg in a bowl.
  • Take small portion of dough and roll into chapati, later place on hot pan.
  • On top of it add cooked mince chicken, chopped onion, coriander leaves, beaten egg and fold it like as shown in video.
  • Add oil to the pan and shallow fry on both side on slow or medium flame.

Now cut chicken baida roti and serve it.
