Ingredients used in CHICKEN PICKLE
• Chicken - 2 cups.
• Water - as required.
• Vineger - 2 teaspoons.
• Fenugreek seeds powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 7 cloves.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 1 cup.
• Mustard seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds powder - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Cut chicken into small cube like pieces
  • Take a pan and add water,vinegar, chicken pieces and let it boil. Now strain the chicken.
  • Now deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil and keep a side.
  • In a bowl add fenugreek seed powder, mustard seeds powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, garlic, lemon juice and mix it well and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan and add oil, mustard seeds and switch off the flame and add fried chicken pieces and above mixture and mix it well.

Ready to eat spicy chicken pickle with hot rice.
