Ingredients used in Channa Cabbage
• Cabbage - 500 grams.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Green chilies - 5 number.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Ginger garlic paste (optional) - half tea spoon.
• Coconut powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - half tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Channa boiled - half cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves chopped - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chilies, chopped onions, salt (to taste) and saute them.
  • Then add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped cabbage, mix it well
  • Season with coriander powder,red chili powder, coconut powder, bolied channa and cook with closed lid by stirring occasionally till the cabbage is tender.
  • If required add water for cooking. garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve it with roti's or pulka's.
