SOYA CHUNKS MANCHURIAN

Ingredients used in SOYA CHUNKS MANCHURIAN
• Soya chunks - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn starch - 2 tablespoons.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Msg - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
Method:
  • Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and squeeze the water and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl and add soya chunks, all-purpose flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, cornstarch and mix thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the soya chunks and transfer it to a plate.
  • Take a cup and add vinegar, soya sauce, MSG, sugar, red chili paste and mix thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onions, alittle salt, green chilies and saute it.
  • Add soya sauce mixture, fried soya chunks and saute it for 3 minutes and switch off the flame.

Now the Soya chunks manchurian is ready to serve.
