Ingredients used in CAPSICUM TOMATO CHEESE SANDWICH
• Capsicum(finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup.
• Bread slice - 4 numbers.
Method:
Take chopped capsicum, tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chilies, salt, pepper powder in a bowl and mix it Now add butter, Mozzarella cheese and mix it again. Apply this on bread slice and add Mozzarella cheese on top of it. Cover this with one more bread slice and apply little butter on it. Now grill this in a toaster for 2-3 minutes and cut into pieces to serve with any kind of sauce.
