CARROT CABBAGE SOYA GRILLED SANDWICH

Ingredients used in CARROT CABBAGE SOYA GRILLED SANDWICH
• Butter - 4 teaspoons.
• Onion (chopped) - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Cabbage (chopped) - 3 tablespoons.
• Carrot(grated) - 2 tablespoons.
• Soya beans - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Cheese (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Bread - 4 slice.
Method:
  • In a hot pan add butter, chopped onions, chopped cabbage, chopped carrot, soya beans (soaked and chopped) and saute it.
  • After that add chopped coriander leaves then switch off the flame and add black pepper, grated cheese and mix it well then keep it aside.
  • Apply butter on bread and place the stuffing on it and cover it with bread slices and apply butter on top of bread slices.
  • Heat the grilling pan and place the sandwich on it.
  • Apply butter on bread then flip it.
  • After grilled transfer on to the chopping board and cut into shapes.

Now carrot cabbage soya grilled sandwich is ready to serve.
