Potato Spinach and Radish Curry

Ingredients used in Potato Spinach and Radish Curry
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Chilly powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Garlic - 6 cloves.
• Radish with leaves (medium size) - 2 numbers.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Spinach chopped - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, crushed garlic, saute it and add chopped onions, turmeric powder, chopped green chilly, chilly powder, chopped tomatoes, Cook this.
  • Now add radish white part and green part cut them into small pieces.
  • Add spinach, potato, add a pinch of sugar and put the lid on and cook it on a slow flame until the radish and potato are tender.

Serve this with chapati.
