Ingredients used in Potato Spinach and Radish Curry
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Chilly powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Garlic - 6 cloves.
• Radish with leaves (medium size) - 2 numbers.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Spinach chopped - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, crushed garlic, saute it and add chopped onions, turmeric powder, chopped green chilly, chilly powder, chopped tomatoes, Cook this. Now add radish white part and green part cut them into small pieces. Add spinach, potato, add a pinch of sugar and put the lid on and cook it on a slow flame until the radish and potato are tender. Serve this with chapati.
