Ingredients used in Bread Puri
• Bread - 4 slice.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Semolina - 1 tablespoon.
• Yogurt - 3 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Cut the edges of the bread and grind to a fine powder.
  • In a large bowl, add earlier prepared bread powder, all-purpose flour, a little salt, semolina mix it. Then add yogurt, water and make the poori dough. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  • Take the dough and divide it into equal portions. Roll the poori using a rolling pin.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the puri’s and transfer it into a paper towel.

Now the puffed puri’s are ready to serve hot with any curry.
